Beginner class: 4pm-5:15pm
Intermediate class: 5:30-6:45pm
Drumlady “Ms K” teaches djembe, dun-un and percussion in a joyful, accessible way, focusing on proper technique and rhythms with historical context, and using old school technology such as Mnemonic devices, hand-written rhythm patterns, and chant-and-clap techniques. Thorough, detailed instruction for beginners; Thorough, fast-paced instruction for intermediates.
